As a Scrum Master, my main focus was to help the team understand and adopt the best Agile practices for each projects. I was responsible for managing teams from all around the world, expectations, deliveries, Scrum cerimonies, and delivering metrics.

As a communication analyst, I worked on planning, executing and evaluating digital market actions for clients such as ViajaNet, Minerva Foods, Solarium Revestimentos and more.
