As a Senior Data Scientist with a PhD in progress at UFMG, I'm passionate about leveraging data science to drive innovation and solve complex problems. With a strong foundation in Python, SQL, and advanced Linux tools, I've successfully built and deployed models for pricing, customer segmentation, risk mitigation, and fleet optimization.My experience spans from utilizing GCP tools like BigQuery and Vertex AI as well as Kubernetes to develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models. I've also delved into the academic world, applying data science and machine learning techniques to explore human mobility patterns to solve problems such as optimizing routing protocols in mobile and vehicular networks and generating synthetic mobility data, leveraging the knowledge for areas such as intelligent transportation systems.
