As a consultant, I have executed projects for Consumer Goods and Logistics companies in Latin America, specifically in Brazil and Chile. My experience includes:• Price pack architecture and promotional strategy: I analyzed historical data and conducted market surveys to design effective pricing and promotional strategies.• Trade terms strategy: I designed a pay-for-performance approach to trade terms, taking into account the key drivers and impacts on current customers.• Route-to-market: I segmented customers and created service models and product portfolios for each segment.

Main projects by sector:• Financial services: Designed customer experience in the use of remote channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Contact Center) in relation to means of identification and authentication. Developed change management plan and followed up implementation. Impact on 5MM+ clients. • Industry: Developed three-year investment plan for asset modernization of US$60MM with projected NPV of US$ 23MM. • Consumer goods: Structured business case to the launch of a new product, considering market tendency/trends, price sensibility, cost analysis and investment. Expected US$3MM additional revenue in the first year.• Pharma chemical: Mapped production and administrative processes. Evaluated adherence of ERP systems to the company process and suggested the best one.

Main projects by sector:• Steel: Assessed 15% of savings that our products could bring to customer´s freight bill, resulting in sale of our software license. • Retail: Conducted product exhibition in sales meeting and during implementation phase/stage, led the communication between customer and software developers, assuring quality of final product.
