Representative projects:• Strategy Forward, TCG’s 2015 Fall Forum on Governance: Conducted research, developed programming, led communications campaign, and gave 45-minute address on strategic thinking and the not-for-profit theatre for sold-out convening of over 250 theatre leaders and trustees.• Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Institute: Co-developed and facilitated three-year peer learning cohort of 21 theatres committed to advancing EDI at their theatres and field-wide; with a curriculum that includes analysis-building around race/ethnicity, disability, and gender identity; skills-building for hiring practices, action plans, and leadership for social justice; and field-wide strategic action addressing systemic issues like funding inequities.• At the Intersections: Co-led an inclusive, community-driven process to develop affinity and ally sessions at TCG’s National Conferences, overcoming past controversies and current tensions through a series of transparent, collaborative, and authentic dialogues about identity, privilege, and systemic inequities that culminated in cohort-building for further action.• I AM THEATRE: Co-led the communications campaign for a 50-video series spotlighting a diverse set of theatre practitioners telling their story and ending with, “I am theatre.” Designed to raise national awareness of the vitality of the field, the campaign inspired an additional 36 practitioners to make their own I AM THEATRE videos, altogether reaching over 119,000 views and counting. • Ongoing: Managing web assets (Facebook 22,984 likes) (Twitter 18,995 followers) (TCG Circle 154,802 annual page views) (TCG website 5,366,586 annual page views); co-producing conferences reaching up to 1300 attendees a year; managing communications for strategic initiatives.
