 Assists in preparation of costing and building the commercial proposal following a standard and approved format including obtaining the necessary online and/or physical approvals from relevant department managers. Gathers information required to build the commercial proposal by communicating with various departments for vendor pricing and for technical review. Regularly checks various client portals regarding new opportunities (EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFT) and keeping the team informed of the progress. Uploads or submits tender requirements and manages incoming and outgoing queries or clarifications. Regularly updates the project and proposal trackers and shares it with the other team members. Performs other associated tasks where required.

 In-charge of Pre-Qualification (PQ) of company's products and services to clients across Middle East & Africa and Europe regions. Able to gather, consolidate and submit required PQ documents to clients, including responses to PQ comments, with very minimal supervision or without supervision at all. Custodian of company's PQ resource database and ensuring the stored electronic copies of documents/information up-to-date and easily retrievable. Liaise with other department members in gathering information (such as Financial, HSE, QA/QC capabilities, manpower strength supported by CVs, experience list, etc.) required during tender/PQ submission or responding to RFI/EOI/RFQ/RFPs. Provides assistance in developing/updating/editing marketing materials such as project profiles, company presentations, brochures and leaflets. Supports and performs procurement-like and proposal-related activities during tender stage such as sourcing suppliers, creating supplier database and RFQ issuance to customer/company-approved vendors and act as liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and clients while providing regular updates on status of issued RFQs, quotes received/declined and price/delivery comparisons. Performs other administrative tasks where required.
