Over the past 17 years, I have gained extensive experience in the aviation engineering industry, specializing in airworthiness review and project management. As an Airworthiness Review Assistant Manager, I am responsible for reviewing aircraft physical and technical records to issue airworthiness review reports necessary for renewing the aircraft's Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A). This role required meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.In addition to my technical responsibilities, I served as the Garage Director for the MASwings One Stop Centre project, specifically the E-commerce OneStopCenter (MASwingsGO). This initiative aimed to generate additional ancillary revenue for MASwings, enhancing the overall financial performance of the airline. My involvement in the Maswings Fleet Replacement and PSO Renewal projects was crucial in modernizing the fleet and ensuring continued operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.I also contributed to several projects focused on improving the customer satisfaction index, reflecting my commitment to enhancing the passenger experience. These initiatives involved close collaboration with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that align with customer expectations and industry best practices.
