• Worked as part the Development team visiting sites, reviewing best practices, ensuring and enforcing field safety practices• Reviewed and redlined PCDs for final CD creation. I was able to "fill the gap," as it were, on passing along vital field experience to the A&E vendors on how T-Mobile's equipment is installed, as well as how to interpret RFDS' to properly create applications and amendments.• Worked extensively with DAS head-end owners, TMO RF, A&E firms, and the T-Mobile regional team to start creating installation and design specs for DAS sites they were proposing.

• Direct and oversee telecommunication projects, coordinating with and serving as liaison between clients (Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, more) and NeoCom, to ensure that deadlines are met, and that projects comply with specifications, policies, regulations, and codes.• Conduct site surveys and analyses, identify and interpret the telecommunications requirements of various clienteles, and recommend appropriate service and/or equipment solutions.• Accomplishment: Ericsson/Verizon LTE Site Prep project. Installed over 3500 eNodeB cabinets across the southeast with all the associated cabling, testing, and integration in two years - 2000 in one year alone.• Accomplishment: Nokia/T-Mobile Modernization and Rural Americas projects. Upgraded over 600 GSM/UMTS sites to various ground and RRU configurations in support of rolling out LTE across the Southeast.

• Re-engineered and redesigned original 334th Weather Training Flight Network physical topology to overcome above-the-ceiling obstructions, power requirements, and the constantly changing needs of the users. Supervised the daily operations and movements of 15 technicians.• Constructed and maintained a $14 million communications network used by emergency and law enforcement agencies as well as coordination groups at the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for all emergency radio communications in the Savannah and Atlanta venues. Programmed, distributed and maintained 3000 handheld radios for the area. Installed and up-linked 12 communications support facilities. Efforts resulted in zero outages during the Games.
