Developing huge scale furniture part projects for hotels, restaurants, public areas. Main location - Scandinavia. Working closely with architects and developers. Suggesting and handling constructional and design solutions. Preparing and following timelines. Analyzing needs and dealing with budgets. Preparing sketch drawings for customers and my team-members. Facing and taking care of critical situations. Working together with a team as well as allocating tasks and supervising the team’s work.

The project took three years to be developed to the smallest details while there were only two people doing all the work — the owner and myself. Furniture delivery from all around the world, custom made furniture with drawings for manufacturers. Despite all the regular interior design work, I also managed outlays and paperwork. To have it done from A to Z left me with valuable experience. While the rastaurant was my major project, I was still participating in other huge residential projects which “MadamW” was working on.
