I possess actual knowledge in the area of ICT, programs en projects and have broad experience with Marketing, Sales, External suppliers, Recruitment, Process Management, Account- and Client management. I have extended knowledge in the area of financial market and insurance.As a leader of teams I have had the privilege to achieve results from within Programs en Projects in building (disaster recovery-) datacentres, combining mainframes, professionalize Project management departments and implementing large IT infrastructures with 800+ Branches. It is my goal to extend my knowledge in these areas and keep on achieving good results. Besides Projects en Programs I have been responsible for the implementation of Operational Excellence in a team of more than 50 PM’s reporting directly to the ICT board. Managing PM-teams has been my passion for the last 7 to 8 years. It is my conviction that the way to success leads through cooperation, coaching and training my team were lasting attention for alternative solutions is the key.
