Besides Projects en Programs I have been responsible for the implementation of Operational Excellence in a team of more than 50 PM’s reporting directly to the ICT board. Managing PM-teams has been my passion for the last 7 to 8 years. It is my conviction that the way to success leads through cooperation, coaching and training my team were lasting attention for alternative solutions is the key.
