With over 10 years of experience as a business analyst and a manager of HR information systems, I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to improve organizational performance and employee engagement. As the Manager of HRIS at The Salvation Army in Canada, I lead a team of analysts and developers to design, implement, and maintain the HR systems and processes that support the mission and vision of the organization. I have successfully completed multiple projects involving data migration, integration, automation, and reporting, using Python programming, data science and analytics skills. I am also certified in SQL and Tableau, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in analytics at Georgia Institute of Technology.
