Technical Assistant Mechanical
Current• Help and assist PIC to perform preventive maintenance on water injection pumps, Air compressors, Finfan Cooler, Fire engines/pumps, agitator, cooler and other rotating equipment• Doing spare part and unit inventory• Plan the availability of parts that can be fabricated/repaired at the fabrication shop.• Perform engineering calculations.• Meassure & drafting spare parts scoping out and supervision repair for damage to equipment.• Make FRACAS (Failure reporting analysis and corrective actions) if repairs are made at the work site, and make DIFA (Dismantle inspection failure analysis) when repair at workshop.• Doing semi-overhaul work on rotating equipment in the workshop• Analyze and perform corrective maintenance, solve problems with rotating equipment so that the damage does not repeat• Carry out a test run process on rotating equipment that has been repaired or the installation process is complete• Alignment Pump (FLUKE 830) Laser alignment tool• Commissioning and PSSR (Pre-startup safety review) equipment• Check Vibration Pump (FLUKE 810) Vibration Tester to facilitate an in-depth- analysis of the failure/damage to the pump• Create daily reports and collect weekly report data
