Key responsibilities: • lead the implementation of INDESO seven downstream applications as follows: • Mangrove and Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM), • Seaweeds application; • Coral reef monitoring; • Shrimp ponds utilization; • Oil spill application; • Illegal fishing detection; • Fish stock management.• conduct planning and scheduling activities, progress reporting and documentation, performance monitoring and evaluation, and producing technical reports;• provide expert advice in regards to the seven downstream applications;• provide technical leadership and supervision;• work closely with the Project Manager in project work planning, including deliverables and budgets;• develop progress updates and reports, including briefings for the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, French Development Bank and other implementing partners.• develop terms of reference (TOR) for technical activities and scope of work (SOW) for technical assistance;• conduct and facilitate series of focus group discussions, panel expert and workshops to support the Indonesia Operational Oceanography;• represent INDESO in key meetings and events, and speak on program issues in the area of the seven downstream applications;• make collaboration of seven downstream applications activities with other governments institutions and donor programs; • maintain effective working relationships with INDESO implementing partners, including French Development Bank, participating Government of Indonesia Institutions and private companies.

Key responsibilities: developed marine instrumentation and marine & fisheries information and services, provided program strategy and funding proposal. Achievements:• Successfully designed Ina-GOOS (Indonesian Global Ocean Observing System) under European Commission grant scheme.• Organized initial Project Ina-GOOS Buoy involving stakeholders.• Initiated and designed Indonesia Fisheries Information Center (IFIC) and Indonesia Marine Observing Systems (IMOS).• Successfully analyzed satellite images and composed Indonesia Fishing Ground Map.• Designed and constructed Fish Aggregating Device (FAD). • Successfully deployed and installed Satellite-based Ground Receiving Stations in Bitung, North Sulawesi and Negara, Bali. • Successfully installed RANET equipment’s in Indonesia major ports.• Successfully deployed two ATLAS mooring in Indian Ocean.• Implemented initial project for combating IUU Fishing using RADARSAT under collaboration with RADARSAT International, Canada. • Delivered National Marine Data Directory.• Maintained the relationship with other Indonesian Institutions and stakeholders through Southeast Asia Center for Ocean Research and Monitoring (SEACORM) project
