My responsibilities included but were not limited to planning and overseeing a complete property renovation and lease up. I have supervised contractors to ensure deadlines were met and budgets were not exceeded. In March 2015 we opened the community to leasing and I have successfully reached 100% occupancy by the end of the year. I am responsible for the preparation of weekly activity reports, monitored accounts receivables, approval of accounts payable's, preparation of payroll, month end reporting and bank account reconciliation.Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software, AppFolio and Intacct.
