• Successfully orchestrated completion of over 200 software code enhancements required for Canadian processing. Result: Propelling successful conversion of our first Canadian Bank onto our Day1 capture platform, spurring a $15M influx in revenue from other Canadian Banks. • Revised Service Estimate Request (SER) process to include a detailed analysis of clients testing phase requirements. Result: Led to 5% increase in revenue for projects.• Designed detailed Microsoft Project Plan templates, for new implementations and upgrades of our Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Product. • Directed $30M annual item processing conversions for seventeen (17) institutions over a two-year period. Managing projects from planning through execution, continuously delivering on time and in budget. Result: Delivered finish product that exceeded clients expectation and increased future business.• Managed from planning through completion implementation of Direct ATM product for client. Worked closely with ATM Vendor to deliver a seamless product. Result: Successful rollout of over 200 ATMs.• Managed migration to browser-based document and report management (TREEV) software, from in-house to FIS Outsource Solutions for key international client. Result: Yielding 6x increase in annual revenue stream from client.

• Led team of four on the implementation of fraud software system for client, to monitor check-writing patterns (kiting) and identifying activity falling outside usual parameters. Result: 80% reduction in fraud losses incurred by client and improved end-customer satisfaction.• Managed the purchase and installation of statement processing equipment for banks throughout the U.S. Directed vendors, training, and project schedule. Result: Provided recommended that lead to re-engineering of portions of the lockbox product. Enabled company to go from $0 to $1.4M in two years for Lockbox sales.
