As 3PP Management at Huawei, I organized daily operations, preventive maintenance, and vendor engagements, collaborating with the NOC FO team to minimize downtime and improve Network Availability (NWA). Additionally, I conducted weekly customer meetings for issue reviews and proactive maintenance planning. Ensuring timely resolution of trouble reports and restoration of service interruptions while identifying root causes to prevent re-occurrence and securing customer infrastructure with authorized user access, all while aligning capacity with business needs for cost-effective solutions.
