I joined as a mobile team leader and promoted to project manager just before resignation.I lead the development of about twenty applications with the team size of 5 to 20 members.I managed the consulting the project idea, requirement collection, timeline estimation, tasks assignment, test cases, release plans, and supporting after releases.Moreover, I support the recruitment, communication, teamwork, ethic, motivation and productivity of team members.As a team lead and project manager, coding was not my main responsibility but lead, contribute, review the quality of codes and, solve the problems, difficulties and conflict of teams related with both hard skills and soft skills.I developed the two Android(native) project and four Flutter applications in this company by using, MVVM architecture, Bloc/GetX/Provider, Retrofit + OkHttp, http, dio, local storage, RxJava/RxKotlin & LiveData, Dagger2, SQLite, Twilio/VOIP, and more.Completed applications can be found at https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=UMG+Idealab
