• Setting brand standards, and creating guideline for communication, leading creative development of brand and marketing and consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies• Ensuring all creative work fit the brief given and achieves the target goals and managing campaigns to ensure delivery to deadlines.• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, build page navigation buttons and search fields & Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.• Facilitate company’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.• Design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)• Continually keep the design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
