I am a physicist of the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). I consider myself as a person with good management skills, organized, great sense of responsibility, clear direction to achieve goals and good interpersonal relationships.I feel comfortable talking in front of a large audience as well as talking about technical geophysical topics.I consider myself as a person with good managerial & organizational skills; I have a great sense of responsibility and I set clear directions to achieve business and personal goals. I value people and I believe that good interpersonal relationships are necessary while working in a team.I have good project management skills that I have developed during my 8.5 years experience in Schlumberger. I have experience in managing large projects with people from different segments in the company as well as different nationalities. Thanks to my experience and good performance in the company, my last job position was as Instructor in the Houston Advanced Geophysical Training department. I was responsible for the instruction of Omega and Petrel software as well as project management in the Schlumberger's Horizons program for new employees. Even though I am a physicist, with all the training and experience earn with Schlumberger I consider myself as a geophysicist with very good skills for teachingI like to travel and meet people from different countries. Working with Schlumberger I had the opportunity to work in Colombia, the UK, Libya, Brazil and the US; thanks to this big exposure to different cultures I consider myself as communicator in multicultural situations. I have good references from people I have worked with in Schlumberger as well as customers from Oil companies like Petrobras, who can corroborate the engagement I put in everything I have done.
