I am a trauma-informed expressive arts facilitator, certified nursing assistant, yoga teacher, and wellness coach passionate about facilitating therapeutic art, holistic mental health education, and coaching particularly for those healing from trauma, disordered eating, addictions, and chronic illness. My mission is to share support and tools for holistic recovery, relaxation, inspiration, and playful transformation.

I volunteered in the kitchen and housekeeping departments of North America's largest yoga retreat center in exchange for classes and training. I lived in community while studying a curriculum of bringing yoga off the mat and into the world. I trained and now teach practices for self-care, stress management, conscious communication, integrating trauma healing and the nervous system and digestion for assistance with chronic illness, addiction, disordered eating, and mental health issues.

I received a scholarship to create a photography program for the Child Life department of Dallas Children's Medical Center. I supplied and organized equipment and led interactive photography and multimedia art projects with the child patients and their family members.
