Provided training and certification for medical doctors for using neurocognitive assessment scales utilized in clinical trials. Participated in Phase 2, 3 clinical trials for neurocognitive diseases. Provided translations services and clinical data reviews.

Lead a team of 2-4 scientists focused on pre-clinical drug discovery in urology. • Conducted pre-clinical research for discovering and validating novel targets for voiding dysfunctions, including overactive/ underactive bladder (OAB/UAB) and stress urinary incontinence (SUI).• Generated hypotheses, designed in vitro and in vivo experiments, established animal models for discovering and validating more than 20 new targets for urinary dysfunction over a period of three years. • Tested off-target effects of compounds intended for urinary dysfunctions on cardiovascular, respiratory and gastro-intestinal systems. • Analyzed and summarized data, wrote reports, proposals, presentations and updates as well as IACUC protocols. Presented research results and proposals internally and externally. • Director of an IND pre-clinical study for stress urinary incontinence. Proposed, refined and tested a new experimental protocol for IND study utilizing in vivo large animals, under GLP-like environment. • Partnered internally and externally to propose and advance projects: Identified, established research consultancies and organized seminars at Urogenix with five national and international academic KOLs in urology, gastroenterology and respiratory areas.
