I led a team of highly skilled experts that develop and manage Betsson Group's Game of Chance products. I negotiated and managed all casino supplier contracts (20+) and exclusive/bespoke casino game projects.

I was in charge of the department (60+ in-house talents + consultants in 5 locations) managing Paf.com's online gaming portfolio. We developed internally 70+ games of chance, integrated 3rd party products (Kambi sportsbook, Ongame and Boss Media poker networks, Parlay bingo, Jadestone skill and dice games, Evolution live casino and Net Entertainment casino games) and operated them.

I managed four agile product development teams which developed and integrated components for the company's B2C Internet offering. I kicked off the project in which we practically rewrote the company's entire online gaming platform (including the sites and related technologies, such as CMS) which helped the company to develop software faster and in more agile ways.

I was a certified ScrumMaster for two teams of highly skilled agile J2EE developers who worked on the company's proprietary gaming platform. I also managed a cross-enterprise CRM software (Siebel) integration project.

In this position I led the in-house development team, supervised the external development and testing/porting teams. Together these teams developed one of the first mobile casinos in the world. I was also part of the management team and did a lot of pre-sales work.

My job was to design and implement mobile casino games (J2ME / Flash Lite), related back-end systems (OTA downloads, CRM tools, billing, etc) and B2C sites.

I was the technical coordinator of Luomus project (http://www.luomus.fi) which aimed at creating a state-of-art database storage and mining tools, including a national taxonomic database service and new online end-user interfaces for a variety of biodiversity monitoring and query purposes.My responsibilities included designing the software, taking part in the implementation and participating in the workgroups of several international organizations (GBIF, BioCASE, Eurocat, ENBI, TDWG).

Maia Solutions Ltd. (http://www.maiasolutions.com) developed turn-key mobile solutions. The company belongs to Interaktivum Group (http://www.interaktivum.fi).Maia Solutions Ltd. was merged with another Finnish SMS-TV developer, Fun2Phone, in 2005. The name of the new company is Motion Avenue International (http://www.motionavenue.com) and I was an owner in this company as well.The company operated in more than 30 countries around Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, and created an impressive portfolio of mobile solutions, including several "firsts" (such as the first interactive SMS-TV campaign in mainland China).Wearing several hats (founder, CTO, managing director, etc) at the same time, my job description was not easily explained, but my expertise was in understanding what our customers and partners want and making it happen.
