Team Process Lead (February 2022 – July 2023)Led the JDE to SAP Project Migration for the Mexico Branch. Successfully led and coordinated all the different implementation phases for this $1.2M project. Adopted and transitioned US processes to Mexico, incorporating the Mexican regulations into the global solution and coordinated with global development teams to deliver the final product. Engaged at all levels with the business organization driving an open collaboration that allowed a successful translation of business processes to technical teams.IT Project Manager (October 2008 – February 2022)Managed different projects to support JDE in the US and Mexico. Oversaw phase II of a $2M ERP implementation affecting manufacturing, financial management and customer relationship management systems; streamline processes and unify approaches for this global enterprise. Worked closely with key stakeholders with the Mexican branch of operations, tasked with aligning the Mexican enterprise software with that of the Americas, reviewed and redefined business processes.• The first SAP implementation in the US was challenging and required business recovery processes to lessen the impact to the Mexico branch. Led the process of identifying tasks that helped the operation in Mexico by building interfaces between the 2 systems to avoid business disruption.• Accomplished a new support model implementation that helped BP achieve high performance gains, while creating an environment that fostered empowerment, accountability, identity, consensus and balance. • Successfully overcame several operational challenges as a result of working with companies in different countries and regions with distinctly different languages, cultures and regulatory standards.• Leveraged strong negotiation skills, identified critical and emerging needs, educated work groups on new processes and served as a catalyst for change.
