Working as part of the CEO project office, I worked with the commercial leads to develop and nurture opportunities across key business segments, with emphasis on enabling GTM efforts. Managed presales activities/VOC for strategic accounts, owning RFP process and proof of concepts. Today, the company has the capability to offer bespoke solutions and upgrades, helpful to support a wide range of critical operations.

Working on donor funded projects, my role was to manage the local program operations where I was responsible for creating awareness of funding opportunities, fast track proposals and provide technical assistance to local implementation partners. To achieve this, I worked in network /partnership with local NGOs and found innovative ways to support program objectives across multiple remote locations.

Managed the entire Operational Excellence (OE) effort for Telenor Pakistan, featuring Telenors performance management methodology to benchmark its cost and performance against comparable operators and drive continuous improvement across its operating units. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Opex-to-sales- Company's performance in Kearney's competitive benchmarking report (GCB)I worked with the Group Transformation team to launch and manage an enterprise cost transformation program for Telenor Pakistan. As program lead, this involved strategic initiatives rollout planning, and necessary steps in establishing the program strategy, change and performance management processes. I co-authored OpEx strategy documents outlining impact of key initiatives such as restructuring, outsourcing strategy and new operating model rollout, capturing the company's ambition and progress towards becoming a cost efficient operator.
