I am a financial services administrative and client services leader with extensive experience in investment operations, organizational management, business continuity and risk assessment, and HR/employee development. As the manager of business operations for a mid-size investment firm ($50B trades annually) for 15+ years, I led a team of 20 professionals in Customer Service, New Account Conversion, Trading, Processing, Fee Invoicing, Client and Third-Party Agreements, and Human Resources.
