I am a Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where I oversee intermediation operations from the environmental and social risk management perspective.Before joining IDB, I worked at World Justice Project, researching about environmental governance in the LAC region, and as a legal director for the Mexican Energy Regulatory Commission, providing counsel on the regulation of electricity generation and grids.I have a Master of Laws in Environmental Law and Policy from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Laws from ITAM.I am passionate about designing attainable and sustainable solutions to challenges and working on their implementation with a multidisciplinary team. I bring a deeply rooted knowledge of energy and environmental regulations in the Latam region and the enthusiasm to make companies or public entities better players in the environmental, social, and governance fields.
