With my company Mindful Projects, I offer a service of support and advice on community building and event design within and outside of the Wikimedia movement. As a consultant, I accompany the organization or group in order to define their needs and design together the solution that works best for them. I supported and empowered the Wikidata community in various aspects, especially by organizing community-driven events. I coordinated the WikidataCon in 2021 in a cross-organizations partnership with Wiki Movimento Brasil, ran various online events for the Wikidata Community (Data Quality Days, Data Reuse Days, Lexicographical Data Days), and I supported other organizations in the Wikimedia movement to organize online conferences (Celtic Knot Conference with WMUK, Wikimedia Hackathon and Wikimania with the Wikimedia Foundation).

Embedded in the Wikidata development team, I ensured of a great communication between the development team and the community who creates content on Wikidata. I announced new features to the users, collected and reported feedback and bug reports, and I helped shaping a community-centered development strategy. I ran various meetups and events, and created the WikidataCon conference that took place for the first time in 2017.

I accompanied librarians to use digital tools and integrate them in the services they deliver to their users. I co-created and ran BiblioRemix, a design thinking event that helped librarians, users, artists and designers to co-create innovative services for the libraries.
