Freelance Wardrobe Stylist & Creative Director-Meeting with clients to discuss concepts, ideas/inspiration, potential models and location-Create mood boards based on prior meeting to show client how we can achieve their goals-Create photoshoot concepts with photographers, makeup artists and other artists involved in the project-Work closely with local business’ and create shoot concepts for their brand and social media usage. Work with various photographers to achieve these goals-Create a budget including: wardrobe, labor (assistant, hair/makeup etc), location and photographer-Ability to deliver project within negotiated budget-Build communication with modelling agencies to book talent for shoots-Finalize bookings for all needed departments-Shop for all the clothing needed for shoot-Preparation of all collection pieces to be used in photo shoot (hang, steam, alterations)-Present on shoot day to style models-Combine images taken and present a look book or line sheet to the client for final selection-Return pulled items from photo shoot-Prepare invoice for client
