Seit 2020 helfe ich mit OMIND mittelständischen deutschen Unternehmen dabei, ihre Beschäftigten erfolgreich durch Veränderungsprozesse zu begleiten. Wie? Indem wir Mitarbeitende befähigen, Umbruchphasen an ihrem Arbeitsplatz mit Veränderungsbereitschaft zu begegnen und Transformationsprozesse mit einem offenen Mindset mitzutragen. Transformationen in Unternehmen sind oft mit starken Mitarbeiterängsten und Gegenwehr verbunden. Denn Transformationen sind keine Schnellschüsse. Es sind langfristige Veränderungsprozesse, die die Kultur eines Unternehmens und die Denkweisen seiner Mitarbeitenden grundlegend erneuern. Als Organisationspsychologin lag für mich der Reiz schon immer darin, meine wissenschaftliche Forschung in die Praxis zu übertragen und mit OMIND ist mir genau das gelungen. Warum es für Firmen überlebensnotwendig ist, ihre Mitarbeitenden für Veränderungsprozesse fit zu machen, und wie das nachhaltig klappt, darüber spreche ich regelmäßig bei Impulsvorträgen und Workshops in Unternehmen.
