I am a graduate of SDM Law College, Mangalore, Karnataka with more than 10+ years of experience in corporate and commercial laws as well as compliance. I have advised various companies and investors and dealt with a large number of complex restructuring and reorganizations.I primarily advise VC’s/PE’s/MNC’s financial institutions, start-ups, NBFC’s and various domestic target companies. Representing such clients has helped me gain thorough experience on the nuances of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of funding documents, including term sheets, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholder agreements, exit documentation, founder’s agreements, technical and commercial contracts, employment contracts (for promoters, consultants as well as regular employees).
