Operational Marketing Tasks:Monitoring of Switzerland, Asia and South East Asia, South America, France and Greece subsidiaries.Coordinating products lines and brand messages support.Coordinating subsidiaries events organisation and operational needs: visual merchandising, decoration material, communication tools, promotional gifts...Special Events Management :Organising SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie – Genève) in 2009 and 2010.Coordinating logistic tasks, planning, subsidiaries needs…Recruiting, briefing and managing the hostesses’ team: 12 persons.Cross Projects:Communication Tools: twice-monthly Newsletter to all subsidiaries.Managing the online section of Best Practises on Intranet.

Tasks:Launching the internal TV channel: Jaeger-LeCoultre Première.Defining the needs, creating and coordinating the deployment.

Operational Tasks:Organising a general public event: Vitalsport (10'000 participants in 2007).Managing relations with institutional partners, external suppliers and local sport clubs.Recruiting and managing the hostesses’ team: 10 persons.Communication Tasks:Creating the event’s programme in close collaboration with the printer company.Selling advertising space.Communication and Public Relations.

Tasks:Creating Press Relations on behalf of the agency and its clients. Press Releases drafting.Creating a press contacts database.Contacting journalists and following the press results.

Tasks:Promoting the museum with tourism influencers.Following the project and results autonomously.

Participating to the Intranet development.Training the users to the new communication tool: setting up resources, dealing with objections and abstains (users’ age, IT ignorance).
