I am a people manager and a versatile leader motivated by developing organizations, businesses and brands. I started my career in Paris as a consultant in organization and information system for Accenture and I developed a passion for reengineering process and systems to accelerate business performance.After 4 years, I joined Lixir - a William Grant & Sons/Remy Cointreau French joint venture Distribution Company - to create, develop and lead Supply Chain and IT teams. I was also acting as an internal consultant and cross functional expert to support the managing director and was exposed to Commercial and Marketing agenda. My first role in Commercial was to lead and manage grocery accounts in France Carrefour & Auchan as National Key Account Director (> £50 Mio turnover). This opportunity was a results of the trust built working with the MD and his appetite to develop talent. Moving from IT Director to National Key Account Director was an unusual move and it has been a bold and successful challenge. It convinced me to pursue my career in key account management and to move to London in the William Grant & Sons Global Travel Retail team where I spent 1 year working with 20 customers in Europe including 2 of the key GTR accounts WDFG and Aelia/Lagardere Group. After that I joined the WG&S European distributor management team and during the past 9 years I was responsible for the delivery of the financial, commercial and marketing objectives and covering with my team more than 15 markets in Europe in both developed and emerging regions.In October 2023, I moved to Global Commercial Leadership & Capability Director position managing the Commercial Agenda for our WG&S own distribution companies across Europe, America and Asia.
