About Aurelien Huynen

After 12 fantastic years spent in London working in the advertising production industry, I took one of the scariest decisions in my life, drop everything and move to Lisbon.Soon after relocating to Lisbon in 2020, I joined a real estate agency to follow a passion of mine and since then, my focus has been to help people wanting to relocate to this beautiful country that is Portugal.     Before relocating to Lisbon after 12 years spent in London, I took a break to go travel and see the world.Overground eco-travel from London to Vladivostok in the course of 12 weeks. Taking the time to meet people and experience different cultures. Check me out ice skating on Baikal Lake in Siberia!The second part of the trip was heavily affected by covid-19 and instead of exploring China, we traveled across South-East Asia, meeting Laos hill tribes, visiting temples in Cambodia and island hopping in Thailand among other things.

    Accounts: HasbroI was hired to drive the implementation of a centralised production model for the localisation of Hasbro TV commercials and digital videos in Western Europe through an automated platform.Being fluent in 3 EU languages was a great asset to build trusted relationships with local clients, media agencies and local partners such as voice over recording studios and translators. I also developed my leadership skills by delivering training to clients and stakeholders.The two main challenges were to convince local Brand Managers to take on new ways of working and to support Hasbro's Global Team in maintaining a similar tone of voice and brand consistency cross markets. However, by delivering on-site training and setting up regular follow up calls and meetings I gained their trust and at the end of year 1 all markets were convinced by the model.Alongside the above, my main achievements were to run a procurement exercise with local suppliers and setting up a network of copywriters and translators to write and translate scripts. The benefits of these actions for the agency and our clients were a reduction in costs, faster delivery time and more control on the end-to-end production cycle.As a trusted partner, Hasbro started to brief out of scope projects as well as creating concepts to shoot TV commercials.
