I have a strong background in M&A, corporate finance, and negotiation, having worked with one of the leading global investment banks in London for 5 years.Since 2021, I have been the CEO of Helexia Brazil, a company that provides energy efficiency and solar power solutions for businesses. My mission is to turn Helexia into a major player in the Brazilian energy transition market, leveraging its innovative technology, local production capacity, and stable regulatory environment. Previously, I was the CFO of Voltalia, a renewable energy producer and service provider, where I managed the financial operations and strategy for Latin America. I also have extensive experience in developing businesses, managing P&Ls, and leading multinational teams in various countries, including Germany, France, Panama, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.I hold a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and LSE London, a MSc in European Business from ESCP and City University London, and a Kaufmann from ESCP Wirtschaftshochschule Berlin.
