My experience in this organization is at "PENSCOMP 2022" which is an annual competition between UKM at the State Electronics Polytechnic of Surabaya with 21 UKM participating.

Joining the campus organization "EEPIS Talent Interest Institute" Building relationships with other institutions outside the campus, as well as establishing relationships with other ormawa in PENS. My experience in this organization is as the Chief Executive in the "Ormawa Visit" event with Ormawa outside campus.

The Job Training (KP) that I did for 3 months started on July 11 to September 30, 2022 at IndiHome which is on Jalan Mergoyoso Surabaya, East Java. During KP I was part of the Customer Care division.During the KP I got very valuable knowledge & experience such as- Serve customers by providing information about the products and services they need- Help with complaints, orders, errors, invoices, cancellations and other types of inquiries- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service that has been provided- Make an upgrade speed offering to increase speed and provide special prices to customers through outbound calls every day as many as 75 numbers will be offered according to the price of each usage

PJJ.ID is a learning platform that wants to prepare for college entrance exams. PJJ.ID is here with the hope of overcoming problems around education caused by the co-19 pandemic. As Partnership Staff, I have the following duties:- Create ToR, MoU, and Proposals as well as Finding resource persons for webinars- Looking for a platform to collaborate and Organize events or projects to increase income- Holding the "SoJu Goes To Campus" event for high school students who are about to enter college by providing a forum for all student representatives throughout Indonesia to introduce their respective campuses and share tips and tricks to qualify for university.

Avatar Environment is an organization that moves and contributes to saving the environment, I am part of the relations division which has the following tasks:- Plan and organize delegation activities to communities/organizations that have worked together before- Designing content and as Social Media Admin such as community email and Instagram as well as organizing online community activities and making promotions to increase human awareness of the importance of protecting the environment on social media such as in the "Green Movement with Environmental Avatar and Inspiring Young Community 2021".
