Responsible for support and business engagement of Ready Mix and Drymix product lines’ information technology demands in the South East Asia region, which encompasses operating companies in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.Part of the Business Relationship Management team that manages IT demands and requirements of the operating companies.- Act as the liaison between operating companies and the IT Asia Service Centre- Engage with operating companies in exploring, surfacing and shaping IT demands- Plan and coordinate project activities between operating companies and various domain/functional and service delivery teams in IT Asia Service Centre- Servicing IT operational needs of operating companies and managing escalations within ITSM framework- Application support, solution conceptualization and design, system integration architecture involving SAP ECC/PI with external dispatch/logistic/manufacturing systems- Process improvements with intimate knowledge of business and operation processesReports to Business Relationship Manager of Malaysia.

Responsible for support and coordination of Aggregates & Concrete product lines' standard business system implementation in the Asia Pacific region, which encompasses business units in Malaysia, India, Philippines, Vietnam and China.- Act as the liaison between the Group's project managers and the Regional Service Hub- Act as IT Project Manager and supporting the Business Project Manager in project implementations- Plan and coordinate project activities of the various Regional Service Hub & business unit IT teams- Participate in project deployment IT committees- Design overall IT architecture for business systems. Contribute to specifications, development and deployment of system interfaces to various Group, Product Line specific and/or local systemsSubject matter expert on the following business solutions:- Ready-mixed concrete plant manufacturing automation in-house system- Ready-mixed concrete quality control and product catalog management in-house system- Aggregates quarry weighbridge and sales order management in-house system- Data integration and interfaces architecture between business systems and back-office ERP system using J.D. Edwards- Transport Management System using vehicle GPS tracking

Seconded to the India business unit on a short term assignment to lead a sales system development project.My primary role is to manage the project to define, develop and implement a new sales system for the business unit. This responsibility encompasses essential aspects of project management such as integration, scope, time, quality, human resource, communications and risk management. At the same time, it is expected that my experience in the industry and my knowledge of how the Group runs its business will be capitalized in this project to benefit a newly acquired organization.Successfully implemented the newly developed sales system across all the 70+ manufacturing sites and 8 regional offices within agreed project time line and a budget of close to 450k euro.
