Seconded to the India business unit on a short term assignment to lead a sales system development project.My primary role is to manage the project to define, develop and implement a new sales system for the business unit. This responsibility encompasses essential aspects of project management such as integration, scope, time, quality, human resource, communications and risk management. At the same time, it is expected that my experience in the industry and my knowledge of how the Group runs its business will be capitalized in this project to benefit a newly acquired organization.Successfully implemented the newly developed sales system across all the 70+ manufacturing sites and 8 regional offices within agreed project time line and a budget of close to 450k euro.
