Gaumina is a leading e-solutions provider in the Baltic States with a strong focus on producing web development products, e-business consulting and multimedia.I became responsile for developing the first foreign offices of the company in Ireland and the UK (team, processes, client porfolio, budget). Two years in a row income from Ireland (and the UK) was the fastest growing source for Gaumina. In Ireland and the UK we started working with globally known advertising agencies and brand names such as Guinness, Vodafone, Coca Cola, Smirnoff, 7UP, An Post (The Irish Post), Nissan, etc.

Gaumina grew 50-80% in 2003-2005. As I moved to the Director level, I started representing the company in tenders, negotiations and processes of relationship creation with Gaumina clients. I also became the face of the company to the most important clients – advertising agencies. As a result the most expensive and profitable project in the company history by then was sold by me. In addition, I became responsible for creation and development of the sales and project management processes.
