Responsible for the overall HR service delivery for UK&I aligning with global people strategies and priorities to strengthen organisational effectiveness. Forming part of the North West Europe HR team with some international travel.• Operational Excellence – driving value added HR service delivery aligning with global People Strategy and priorities• Organisational Design – redesigning and embedding HR model to support complex matrix environment. Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Shared Services, and Centres of Expertise, to provide HR solutions • Key Annual People Processes - partnering with European Centres Of Expertise to embed key annual people processes and initiatives throughout UK&I• Talent Management - partnering with Learning & Development, building organisational capability and developing talent to support business growth. Driving strategic talent review and succession planning processes, with a managed target of 55% internal promotion rate• Employee Relations - full scope of ER activity, from D&G to complex mergers & acquisitions, with zero appeals and tribunals in FY15 / FY16• Employee Engagement & Culture - leading initiatives focusing on engagement & culture, driving diversity and inclusion, increasing engagement by 8% from FY13 – FY16. Delivering ‘train the trainer’ D&I workshops to HR leaders across NW Europe• Team Management - management of Operational HR team / Employee Relations• HR Leadership - partnering with UK&I business leads, aligning to business and HR strategies• Data Analytics – analysis of data to drive organisational effectiveness• Attraction & Retention of Talent - partnering with Talent Acquisition, involvement in senior / key hires
