At Globe All India Services Ltd., I am functioning as AGM – Sales & Marketing, wherein my responsibility encapsulates creating innovative business development plans, thus utilizing strategic and forward sales approach. I fuelled business strengths through key transformational initiatives and paid close attention to all details specified by the customer or management; addressed all customer inquiries to increase customer satisfaction. It was my job to handle entire vertical of inbound across the country covering 8 branches; led the entire team for the Eastern Region for MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences & Events) Department. Notably, I worked collaboratively with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements as well as rendered advisory services on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares. I diligently, conducted research on destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news along with means of travel, prices, customs, weather conditions and reviews.Furthermore, I utilized my skills in promotional techniques and created promotional materials to sell tour packages; attended conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends. I acted functioned as Core Member in management for helping in diversification to Health & Hygiene and strategic changes in existing division.

While working in a techno-functional role, I was pivotal in mapping business requirements and creating functional specifications using Use Case Methodology, Traceability Matrix, and Process Flows & Business Rules. Bringing to bear a host of understanding business process, analyzing workflow to design solutions (As-Is and To-Be Analysis), etc. was prerogative of my profile. Moreover, I partnered with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to relate data & technical concepts in business terms. Expertly, I identified new business opportunities, promoted developmental functions and interacted with clients (UK & USA predominantly). I was tasked with responsibility of steering presales functions; thus preparing business proposals and handling pre-sale activities for securing projects. I worked in Internal Audit Vertical for ISO 9001 & ISO 27001; Core Team Member for implementing HSE. Steered initiatives towards handling to keep the Project “IP Support” with the organization. Additionally, added more “revenue generating work” in the scope of the project; expanded team of 4 to 14 members.

At Saumya Mining Ltd. as Manager, I was accountable for coordinating wide gamut of tasks involved in operations of various projects & sites across India. Successful in identifying improvement areas and effectuating adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. I was entrusted with additional responsibility of managing Corporate Communication and Vendor Management functions. Efficiently & effectively, I interacted with clients for project finalization -- Coal India and Lafarge. Also, I performed duties in Lead Role in Disaster Management during a fatal accident & death of local labor at site.

Participated in Business Development & Sales, Brand Awareness and Client Communications; secured a considerable business from Tata Sky & Amul i.e. Approximately 250 Rooms Nights.
