After earning a degree in Business Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Aurmon began his career in wealth management at Fisher Investments in Portland. Though he quickly set records and excelled, he realized that his true passion lay elsewhere.Aurmon’s heart was in learning and starting a business, and he wasn’t afraid to take the risk of leaving behind a thriving career to pursue it. He earned a commercial real estate certification from Cornell University and dove headfirst into the industry, becoming a commercial real estate advisor at Marcus & Millichap in San Diego. His journey continued as he joined forces with a prolific developer and a high-net-worth family office in Newport Beach, where he helped build a private real estate investment firm, Cherry Tree, from the ground up. As a principal, Aurmon led multifamily acquisitions and development, helping the firm grow to $130 million in assets under management.Driven by a relentless desire to create something of his own, Aurmon founded CCG Real Estate Advisors, with the goal of bringing institutional-quality real estate advisory to private client investors. The firm specializes in investment property sales, 1031 exchange consulting, cross-market capital advisory, and asset management.
