STORIES OF ART offers specialist art history one year courses, events and lectures at private members clubs in London and also online courses Live on Zoom. As the editorial and event assistant, I cover all aspects of work, Including liaising with lecturers and clients, be the first point of contact, proof-checking lecture slides and ensure the smooth operation in the duration. This includes working as the acting personal assistant to the Director too.I’m also responsible for curating the yearly lecture programmes, writing and editing online texts, utilising CMS system to update and improve the website. Running the social media is part of the daily repertoire too.I also run a book club for all the Stories of Art members, I’m responsible for selecting the art book of the month, writing intro, and keep the admin running smoothly.

I was involved in the evaluation session and provided feedback as a critical evaluator to help the Royal Opera House's public programmes and customer services.

My primary duty as an intern in UCL Culture’s public art team was helping to put together an exhibition about the up-and-coming UCL East project, and accurately communicating to the audience the objective of the dynamic new campus in East London. The project emphasises inclusion and outreach, and it also keeps its essence in preserving the heritage of the local communities. I attended weekly group meetings, brainstormed the exhibition content, and helped curate the images and texts on the exhibition boards. I was also specially trained by my mentor in accessibility research, using the social model of disability to view accessibility issues in museums and galleries. My role was to look at the content with a critical lens to provide expertise for accessibility-related issues.
