Current• Perform patient care under my scope of practice within the Emergency Department• Assist both nurses and providers with procedures• Ensure that linen, gowns and other items are stocked at the end of each shift• Answer and direct phone calls, book transfers out of facility and help facilitate inter and out of department patient transfers• Draw blood-work from patients when needed• Monitor patient’s on EKG leads• Utilize EPIC systems to sort, scan and document important paperwork
