I am passionate about customer and employee education. When it comes to supplement knowledge, I've developed entry level associates from nervous beginner to comfortable expert. I've helped lead our high level of performance in Owned Brands and our charity The Vitamin Angels, for our store has gathered the most donations per transactions two years in a row. Our location consistently sold the highest percentage of Owned Brand in our district. Both of these metrics reflect our high level of customer engagement and daily leadership. I'm currently leading our Brand Defining Elements transition, in which we are installing a kombucha bar and protein freezer section. With these elements, plus our product knowledge, we strive to create an experience that cannot be replicated online. I learn and adapt as Super Supplements adapts to the challenges of post internet retail. I have extensive knowledge of homeopathics, herbs, vitamins, sports supplements, and personal care products.I lead on the sales floor by example and daily verbal coaching. I enforce effective pricing, merchandising, promotions, and loss prevention daily. I use proven methods of customer engagement to uncover health needs and build lasting loyalty. I teach my staff how to use open ended questions to discover each customer's unique health needs, even ones they hadn't come in for.
