- Be friendly, professional and support internal customers ( store leadership, HR, and Lowe’sassociates )- Maintain associate paperwork, organize the break room and training room and updatetime and attendance records according to Lowe’s policies and procedures- Edit and build schedules in Kronos aligned with customer demand patterns and maximizescheduling effectiveness score in the workforce management dashboard- Reconcile timecards, manage associate absences, and maintain records with schedulingsystem to support accurate payroll reporting- Initiate job requisitions, review prospective candidates for preferred qualifications in theLowe’s career portal, schedule interviews, and extend verbal offers to candidates- Administer drug screens, assist candidates with initiation of background screen, andmonitor pre-employment screen results- Regularly update candidates' statues in Lowe’s career portal, complete new associateonboarding orientation by verifying I-9 forms and other information in HR system, confirmstart date, and prepare new associate paperwork/materials- Plan and supervise in store events sponsored by Lowe’s ( do it yourself clinics, employeeappreciation events and promotional events)- Monitor, track, and schedule training and maintenance of appropriate licenses (cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Red Vest Ready, OSHA, power equipment certification,product knowledge and vendor training)- Follow company safety policies and procedures, complete work in a safe manner, caringabout the safety of self, others, and customers, respond appropriately in an emergency andreport unsafe conditions- Listen, demonstrate appreciation and respond knowledgeably and promptly to customersand associate questions by taking them to areas of the store and walking them throughprojects
