- Created multiple 3 - 8 second long 2D animations to be used as promotional material for Sad Panda Studios’ video game Crush Crush.- Communicated thoroughly with client and designed the animation to work in multiple formats as requested (i.e. 1920x1080 landscape for video, vertical portrait for banner ads)- Worked closely with character reference packages and tailored character acting to the character personality and aesthetic. Client has expressed satisfaction with “professional and high quality”.

- Co-directed a 2.5 minute animated short commissioned by miHoYo’s HoYoFair for their virtual fan work festival for the game Honkai: Star Rail, displayed in their live-stream with a cumulative view count of 370k+ on YouTube, and with a solo video post view count of 220k+.- With my co-director, conceptualized an animated experience highlighting the story, personality, and heart of the chosen character, to which fans have expressed excitement and appreciation for “doing the character justice”.- Storyboarded, directed, and hand-animated a fight scene to fit music from the game’s soundtrack with focus on story beats and progression, and worked with a sound designer provided externally to ensure convincing motions and impacts through audio. - Hand-animated the majority of the shots in the film, and guided and coached teammate through their animated cut for the film.- Managed communications with the client’s representative, taking initiative with concept communication, budgeting, production requirements, etc. Always ensured responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness, and client has expressed interest in further collaboration.

- Animated 2 cuts for the development phase of Chrystene Ells’ Crow’s Nest, crafting convincing and lively character acting for one of the film’s central characters: the crow. Director had expressed immense satisfaction with the work; “You’ve brought the crow to life!”- Took initiative with developing the character acting, receiving permission to alter and expand upon keyframes and put extra effort into crafting a motion that supports the story. Director has generously and personally offered her mentorship for visual storytelling principles.

- Directed and animated a 15 second 2D animation used in the promotion of Steamy Buns Studios’ video game Witch Please!, including the opening of their Kickstarter PV and social media posts. - Tailored the work to match the energy and aesthetic of the game with consideration for creating an eye-catching and unique opening for its promotional use. Client expressed, “Your animation is the shining star everyone talks about with this game”.- Incorporated feedback and requests with great attention to detail, thoroughness, and timeliness, after which client and her team expressed immense satisfaction.- Created and completed check-points for work to ensure proper scheduling, and delivered quality animation; client expressed interest in future commission work and willingness to act as a reference for studio employment applications.

• Coached and fostered confidence in K-12 students’ reading and writing skills by encouraging them to think deeply about the program’s texts, while providing rationale for grammar errors and corrections, allowing 3 quiet students to feel comfortable talking more.• Eased students who were English Language Learners away from standard “King’s English” to write in ways that made sense to them, resulting in two students who were stuck in different levels of the reading program to pass their level achievement tests and progress.• Examined discrepancies between student’s homework and classwork to monitor progress and ensure the authenticity of student progress, discerning several students who were copying answer keys and enabled organization to narrow focus on helping these students change.• Addressed issues of cheating by speaking without judgement and emphasizing the importance of learning above immediate results, after which students were more willing to ask for help instead of copying answers and confide about other stressors.• Identified areas of inequity and racial, religious, and gender exclusion in our reading program curriculum, advocating for amendments through an email to headquarters and receiving recognition and thanks from employer for acknowledgment of our diverse student body.
