My professional and personal journey has been shaped by the incredible individuals who recognized and nurtured the potential within me. After graduating from NIU in 2018, I embarked on a career in sales, quickly developing a passion for assisting and guiding others. This passion was noticed by my manager, who encouraged me to transition into the Learning and Organizational Development Department. There, I found fulfillment in supporting the growth of others and deepened my appreciation for continuous learning.Over the past five+ years at GoHealth, my role in developing talent and contributing to the success of sales teams has been particularly rewarding. As I advanced into management, I discovered exciting new opportunities in business operations, reinforcing my belief in the importance of never stopping learning.Inspired by my father, an NIU alumnus and MBA graduate, I’m now pursuing my own MBA journey. The prospect of joining the 2024 One Year MBA program at my alma mater in Chicago excites me, and I’m eager to bring my experiences, skills, and dedication to this next chapter.I’m passionate about driving growth, supporting talent, and making a meaningful impact in every role I undertake. I look forward to leveraging the insights and knowledge gained from my MBA to continue evolving as a leader and contributor in my field.
