Through my working experience Quality and Safety have always been my first concern and I believe that a convenient and well implemented quality system allows a better productivity.After graduating from a Master of Sciences (French Engineering School) where I specialized in Chemical Engineering and Sustainable Development, I also validated a Master degree in Molecular Chemistry for which I did an internship as Research Chemist. Then I spent over 3 years as a Test Development Manager setting up a chemical laboratory and developing test methods on GC-MS. These two experiences allowed me to develop the skills which are required for your project such as being autonomous, critical towards results, proactive and solution oriented. Leading the project of implementing a laboratory also exposed me to the logistic side of managing a laboratory, from dealing with safety matters to managing the consumables.My other experiences as Quality Manager and Safety Manager also made me carry on missions as auditor, instructor, and helped develop diplomacy and good communication skills. I want to face more technical and cultural challenges in order to both expand my knowledge and be a key player in providing both pragmatic and efficient solutions to clients. Through my experiences Processes, Sustainable development, Quality and Training have always been my first concern and I believe that a convenient and well implemented system as well as good training on the right subjects are a key to success. After years of working in the import / export industry I would now like to make a meaningful contribution to the society by focusing on sustainable development issues in an inspiring and modern organization.
