Leads a team of 8 HR Business Partners who act as first point of contact for managers and employees on all HR related matters. Member of Sr Management Committee for Benelux.Key accountabilities: - Business partnering, advising Senior / Executive Management in the development of business tactics and objectives to ensure that they fully respect HR requirements and the Company’s people philosophy (eg. reorganization of function, change in the compensation scheme, introduction of a new service on the market, etc)- Industrial relations, in charge of union negotiations (incl. CLAs) to ensure overall legal compliance and adherence to new strategies. Acts as first point of contact to all managers and employees from the Finance and Legal departments for all HR related matters., providing them with advice & support on the correct interpretation & application of local employment law, policies & programs in relation to diverse H.R. topics/issues hiring, development, social legislation, people issues, etc.

- Performance & Competency management: Enhancement and management of the performance review scheme, including definition and successful launch of Toyota Way competencies, design of the revised appraisal process, training and coaching of local HR teams and management. Led the HRIS functional analysis to reflect new process in PeopleSoft/Oracle. - Succession Planning and Organization review: Key talents/potentials’ identification + validation of proposed organization structure based on deep business needs’ analysis and accurate job evaluation (Hay methodology)- Management Development: Collection of career aspirations , set up of development plans based on development centers run by PDI- Promotion: Checking of promotion eligibility and readiness of nominated candidates to ensure consistency and fairness throughout the organization + validation of actual organization needs.

- Assessment & Development Centers: Acting as lead assessor during assessment and development centers. Baxter, KBC, Electrabel, Levi’s.- Competency management: Development of a competency model for Toyota Manufacturing and Engineering Europe (European Headquarter)- Job Grading: Introduction of job grading in the Federal Administration based on the Compass methodology. (Job descriptions, animation of workshops, job evaluation, etc.)

- Competency management: Identification of corporate values and key-competencies, creation of assessment tools, training and coaching of the line management, assessment of the candidates, competency scoring, tailor-made development plans.- Recruitment and selection: Management of the hiring process; technical- and business-oriented profiles mainly for industrial and high-tech companies.
