To begin with, I am a Senior React Developer with over 5 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, most of which I have been preoccupied with maintaining and enhancing a large-scale enterprise React application in an Agile work environment at a US-based company, consequently, being responsible for mentoring its modules and managing the development of a standalone React application from scratch.Looking at my career, you may wonder why I decided to make such a U-turn in it and refocus on React development. The answer lies in the question of who I really am, I guess. I have always been creative and willing to procure something visually appealing out of my efforts. Therefore, I opted for front-end development; it feels like sculpturing by coding, where every curve is alterable and negotiable.Putting forward the values I can bring to potential employers, I realize the challenges of supporting full-blown UI applications and the immense workload required to support and enhance them with each Release. My proficiency in developing highly configurable LEGO-like React apps and components targets these challenges by reducing the cost of maintenance, the number of potential issues, and, last but not least, the time required to implement new features. That is to say, I am passionate about providing a user with the best user experience possible, which results in my meticulous attention to every detail. To illustrate, when I reckon that a particular icon from mock-ups does not perfectly convey the function purpose, and there is a more explicit one in style guides, I launch a collaboration with analysts and designers to negotiate and settle on the most suitable option rather than simply leaving it as it is.Speaking of devotions that have been helping me to succeed in my journey all this time, I can not help but mention my enjoyment of transferring knowledge to others. That is why I volunteered as a technical mentor at the organization’s learning center for educating and hiring new personnel. Some of my noteworthy accomplishments there included converting 3 students into full-time employees. Not to mention that the experience of teaching groups of students helped me a lot down the line to lead UI activities within various development teams.Lastly, I ought to bring up my dedication to learning languages. In part, it landed me a Lead React Developer role in an international team, which speaks for itself about my potential to thrive in multicultural working environments. To contact me, please email me at aurrum64@gmail.com or text me at 343-254-3482.
