I was all in all at both positions. I had complete control, At pioneer the department came into being because of me, company always wanted their own maintenance department but never had someone who could handle everything. I got the facility built, bought tools and equipment hired workers and started maintaining company fleet ( Rigs, drilling and work over, tractors, bulldozers, scrapers, dumpers and trucks) At Wabash I was in charge of the entire plant, complete operation, including maintenance, hiring and firing, production lines, quality control, the whole nine yards.
