Joined Comtech in April 2021 after Comtech acquired UHP Networks and Eastar.Responsibilities:- Interact with factories about placing new purchase orders on the production of equipment and some parts for them. Preparation of documentation (BOM, Gerber, etc) and approval of replacements for each production start. Quality control of manufactured equipment and technical support of factories.I placed more than 20 purchase orders for the production of satellite modems at six factories in three different countries and set up production of high-quality products there.- Pre-sale preparation, assembling, accounting and testing of modems. Interaction with vendors on the purchase of components (electronic components, chassis, package, printed materials, etc.)I can work with measuring equipment: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power meter, signal generator, multimeter. I can also work with hand tools. -Manual soldering of prototypes, modifying of equipment, repairing of modems.I repaired more than 800 satellite modems, found a fault and fixed them. I have excellent soldering skills, including replacing BGA chips.
